A 24 acre parcel contiguous to the woods of Briones, Diamond subdivided the parcel into four 6-acre parcels. Respect for open space, Diamond dedicated 16 of the acres to conservation, yet still retained a sellable property unlike any other in the East Bay Area. Proudly starting design, Diamond in partnership with Nafis, are interviewing firms to find the perfect sustainable fit to build unrivaled design, community and respect for the space which already exists.
