The Gateway is the first project one sees when getting into the center of Downtown Lafayette, and provides much needed rental housing for the East Bay. Proudly building 15% below market rate housing in a luxury building, electrifying out of responsibility, not regulation, and principally designing in area of necessary infill growth, Diamond proudly created a community while keeping 9000 square feet of commercial and retail use.
